Elaine Fleck’s Catalogue of Contemporary Fine Art contains the work of emerging and established artists selected from work submitted to the Elaine Fleck Gallery by the submission deadline of Saturday February 18th, 2012.

As a catalogue artist you receive one 8.5 x 5.5 inch full colour page containing up to three images of your work along with titles, art media, dimensions, and your contact information.

The catalogue also contains work by artists represented by The Elaine Fleck Gallery as well as articles and interviews with artists and prominent art collectors.

The Catalogues are delivered door to door May 2012 to TWENTY THOUSAND homes in select areas of Toronto. The Catalogue is also distributed to Elaine Fleck’s patrons and collectors and made available to the art buying public while visiting The Elaine Fleck Gallery. The Elaine Fleck Gallery is situated prominently in the heart of Toronto’s trendy Art and Design District, West Queen West. The catalogue is also viewable on line at www.elainefleckgallery.com and available at many retail outlets throughout Toronto.

The Elaine Fleck Gallery has curated and presented over ninety contemporary art exhibitions of established and emerging artists over the last nine years. We have published and distributed over sixty thousand catalogues and participate each year in the Scotia Bank’s Contact Photography Festival, Scotia Bank’s Nuit Blanche and in 2011 The Elaine Fleck Gallery brought five artists to the Toronto International Art Fair.

Elaine Fleck’s Catalogue of Contemporary Fine Art is a channel for artists to submit their work to the Elaine Fleck Gallery and a venue for artists that are selected to promote their work in association with one of Toronto’s premier galleries. The Elaine Fleck Gallery also sells the work of artists published in the catalogue.

 

Submission Guidelines:

Your submission must be on a disc and include:
Name
Address
Phone
Email
Education
Exhibitions
Artist statement
Website address
The title of each body of work
Title of each piece
Art Media
Dimensions of each piece, should be width then height in inches
Up to ten images from each body of work.
For best quality reproduction in the catalogue, images should be 8 inches (longest side) at 240 pixels per inch.

The submission deadline is Saturday February 18th, 2012.
You must also include a nonrefundable $25.00 administrative fee, taxes included, cash or cheque made out to The Elaine Fleck Gallery or your disc will not be viewed.

CURATORS CHOICE WINNER: This catalogue will include a Curators Choice Winner selected by Elaine Fleck, the winner will be awarded a page in the catalogue.

In the last few years Elaine Fleck’s biannual catalogue has experienced significant growth building strong relationships with premium and noteworthy brands like Joe Fresh, Vistek, and Crystal Cruises. This Sponsorship enables us to print and distribute twenty thousand catalogues at a cost of only two and a half cents per page, per catalogue to each artist.

The total publishing and distribution cost to each artist selected is:
$500.00 plus 13% HST for one 8.5 x 5.5 inch full colour page.
Distribution to 20,000 residences in Rosedale, Forest Hill, Bridle Path, Hogs Hollow, and Yorkville, Each artists included in the catalogue receives five catalogues.
